1970 Dodge Dart "Swinger"

Update on the Dodge Dart.....
Just as we imagined.....the woodgrain pattern the customer chose turned out GREAT!!!
Once the initial cleaning of the parts was completed, we then primed the pieces and applied the base coat.   After allowing the base coat to dry overnight we then proceeded to apply the woodgrain pattern.  Once the wood graining application was completed and allowed to dry, we then went back and re-painted all of the silver accents on the pieces.  (Very time consuming w/taping everything out, but the end result was well worth it).  The job was completed by sealing everything with a Matte' clearcoat finish.   The customer came to get the car and was completely happy with the results!!
The car is coming back around November for some mechanical work...(wiring issues).  We look forward to seeing it again!!

Now...on to the next project...1937 Packard window reveals....stay tuned.
Also coming...re-building a Flathead engine, re-building a 292 engine,  a 1947' Ford convertible in for repairs/diagnostics, 1967 Chevy Wagon in for some minor repair, several gun stocks in for camo imaging, 1967 Mustang coming for repairs, batwing air cleaner imaged (pics. coming soon), 1948 Chevy panel coming in for tune-up.
Thanks for tuning in.....and we'll see ya soon!!
